recruitment decisions are complex in every country. It starts already with the CV. Is it getting the right message across? Your CV is like your personal ad out there. Does your preferred target audience perceive you as the right "product" based on your CV? Have it checked by somebody relevant and ask for honest feedback.

Hello,

My job was made redundant last July, as Business Learning Consultant. at 30, I have at least 7 years of experience in practically every aspect of business (IT, Sales,team leading, customer service) So far, I have been interviewed for jobs as "call center agent" or similar. I haven't received any request for an interview related to team Leading or my field of experience. My perception is that the best man for the job principle doesn't work in Hungary.I have 2 diplomas, enough courses and conferences, speak 4 languages and so far I feel they under estimate my talent. does anyone have the same experience? by the way, I also speak hungarian, am I over qualified, perhaps?
