I was at Tesco (the one near Pilango metro stop) and they had 6packs of Salt and Vinegar Walkers last weekend. Not sure if they have them regularlly but might be worth checking it out if you have a craving :D

I was in the Subway at the Premier outlet mall and saw a display stand of walkers crisps. They had a few flavours and an empty space for salt and vinager, I can only imagine that they have them but were sold out at the time.

There is a great shop in Kapy ut 2nd district at the bottom of the hill which sells all brands from England. They usually have walkers salt and vinegar chrisps. I was in at the weekend and they were sold out but Im sure they will be restocked soon.

Crisps possibly in Lidl's. I'm not sure if they were salt and vinegar ones I found at the Lidl in Szeged but if they were I'm sure Budapest should have them. They do do a nice cheese and chive flavour though if that's any good.
Chocolate have you tried Tesco with it being a UK company?????
