Q: Who can be a member of the Expats Club?
A: The Expats Club Card is offered completely free to the members of ExpatsHungary.com. Members are expats, their family and friends, associates or anyone looking for good company in a different country and culture.
Q: Do I have to pay a membership fee?
A: No. Membership is completely free.
Q: How can I apply for membership?
A: Membership can be obtained by registering at www.expatshungary.com/register and accepting the terms and conditions presented there. Membership to the Community of Expats is completely free, though not all applicants will be approved as members.
Q: Is registering as a member enough to get the benefits?
A: No. In order to get the discounts, unique services and special promotions offered only to the Expats Club members, you will need to show your Club Card.
Q: How can I get a Club Card?
A: The easiest way to get your Expats Club Card is by requesting it when registering or through your member profile page if you have already registered. To get to your profile page, please log in using your username and password.
Q: When I go offline, how do I recognize a place that accepts my Expats Club Card?
A: Look for the Expat Friendly sign.
Q: How can I be certain that I get high quality services?
A: Although any company or individual can apply for becoming a sponsor, not all are accepted. This is due to quality standards set up by Expats Hungary in order to provide only the best products and services that fit the Expats Club member's needs.
Q: I wish to register a complaint.
A: In order to keep the quality of services at high standards, we will act immediately if a sponsor failed your rightful expectations. You can contact us here.

Q: Who can become a Sponsor of the Expats Club?
A: Any business or individual willing to share and support the community of expatriates in Hungary can apply for sponsorship status.
Q: Why should I become a sponsor of the Expats Club?
A: By sponsoring the Expats Club you are supporting the Expats Community, and also you are promoting your services to highly educated, savvy consumers, high income earners who are the expatriates.
Q: How can I join the network of Expats Club Sponsors?
A: You can apply for becoming a sponsor of the Expats Club here.
Q: What happens after I apply for becoming a sponsor?
A: You will be contacted shortly by our stuff members. If your service fulfills all the quality standards required, you will be accepted as sponsor.
Q: Do I have to pay to become a sponsor?
A: Right now there is a monthly fee of 12.000 HUF if you wish to promote your offers to the members of the Club. This way you help to keep the Expats Club free for all the members.
Q: How will members find out about my special offers?
A: After you are approved as sponsor of the Expats Club, your offer will be shown on the online list of Expats Club Card sponsors at the www.expatshungary.com/club web address. Also, every new sponsor will be highlighted in the regular club newsletter.
Q: What should I offer?
A: Usually, businesses and individuals who are applying to become sponsors are offering unique benefits and advantages to the members of the Expats Community. These benefits often come by means of significant discounts for products, services, membership fees, green fees etc.
Q: Can I further promote my business?
A: We understand your need to get ahead of your competition. There are several ways you can further promote your business to the members of the Expats Club. Different non-obtrusive ways to advertise yourself are possible, please contact us here for the details.

A: Sure. Your name will be praised to the end of time by all members of the Club.
