Those, who like bistro gourmet food can try for example our revised brassoi pork loin with baked pepper salad, the goose liver filled ravioli with butter toasted almonds, the divine rooster stew in red wine with ewe cheese dumplings topped with crumbled bacon, or one of our most popular light dishes, the squash stew with egg and mangalitsa sausage served in an iron skillet.
