Expats Club Card Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Expats Club Card application is available only to members of the Expats Hungary community website, at www.expatshungary.com, which at the same time constitutes a prerequisite.
  2. A membership application must be completed by the applicant agreeing to the Expats Club Card program Terms and Conditions.
  3. ExpatsHungary.com (Expats Solutions Bt, Hungary), as the owner of the program, reserves the right to determine eligibility and may deny any application to the Expats Club Card program, even without offering any explanation.
  4. If members are found to be in conflict with the present terms and conditions, they may be excluded from the program at any time, even without prior notice or offering any explanation.
  5. An Expats Club Card is considered fully valid only after its activation. Activation can be done on-line, through the present website, or when deemed necessary, by the ExpatsHungary.com authorized personnel.
  6. Expats Club Card program members may have only one card / membership. Cards remain the property of ExpatsHungary.com owner.
  7. Program benefits, discounts and offers are not transferable. Only one Expats Club Card may be applied to discounts and membership privileges unless otherwise stipulated.
  8. Members are obliged to present the Club Card to the program sponsor's designated personnel, before they start their transaction. The sponsor, through his designated personnel, is entitled to check the presented Club Card's validity, if they so desire. If the card was found to be invalid, the sponsor has the right to refuse to provide the advertised benefits, discounts and offers.
  9. ExpatsHungary.com assumes no liability for any loss or damage as a result of the misuse of the card.
  10. The card may only be used by the named card holder. ExpatsHungary.com is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Members are responsible for notifying ExpatsHungary.com when a card is lost or stolen and can apply to obtain a replacement card.
  11. It is the member's responsibility to notify ExpatsHungary.com of any changes to their Expats Club Card information and / or status.
  12. ExpatsHungary.com hereby states that its contracting program sponsors must fulfil certain quality standards. This however, doesn't give any guaranties regarding the level of benefits, products or services provided by the sponsors of the program and ExpatsHungary.com denies any liability. This also constitutes in a full disclaimer of any liability of ExpatsHungary.com regarding any activity and interaction between members and sponsors.
  13. These terms and conditions supersede all previously existing Expats Club Card terms & conditions. ExpatsHungary.com may amend these terms and conditions or issue successor or replacement at any time and in any manner without prior notice. ExpatsHungary.com reserves the right to cancel the Expats Club Card program or modify the terms and conditions in any way without prior notice. By agreeing to participate in the Expats Club Card Program, all members agree to comply with and be bound by these official terms & conditions and any amended successors or replacement.
  14. ExpatsHungary.com hereby reserves all rights regarding this Expats Club Cad program.
