Recently spent 3.5 years in Romania as an Expat and am now based in Budapest for the same company.
Does anyone know if I should have paid tax on my assignment allowances? Even if the contract says this will be paid as a 'gross' amount.
I read 'gross' as before consideration of taxation etc.
Can anyone advise?
