My goal is to find work in Budapest, but the process confuses me.

I'm 25 and I have a degree in Digital Media, so I can do graphic design/web design/animation/3D/etc. Everything I read says you must have a work permit to work in Hungary. OK, understandable. But in order to get a work permit, you first need a job in Hungary.

Can anybody offer any advice?
