Hi Paul,
Being a big fan of this style of restaurants I have to say I would be a frequent customer! I lived in California and my favourite eatery is called Central Texan BBQ located in Castroville CA. Google it! The second is here in Vancouver BC called Memphis Blues. Both are very popular with two different yet equally profitable styles! I have been in the catering/restaurant business all my life and if you ever need a hand....... Good luck!!!

Hi Paul,

I think it is a great idea. Iguana's is a successful Mexican resturant in Budapest. I would be interested in hearing more if you have time.

I am from Louisiana and work in Iraq and live in Hungary. I mean not to confuse.

I think a Texas style BBQ would be a big hit in Budapest. Having lived in Austin Texas for 4 years I think Texas style is some of the best BBQ I have ever had. As you know Hungarians are not big beef eaters but they love their pork. Go for it!

Hello

I am considering opening a Texas style Bar-B-Q restaurant in Budapest. My wife (Hungarian born) and I have been traveling to Hungary for 14 years and we own our own apartment in the city.

Any comments about the fceasibility of doing this?
