We are currently looking for:
Czech/Hungarian/Polish or Slovak Payroll Specialists
Responsibilities:
Manage local partner to provide payroll specific to the clients
Perform the specific payroll on the partner’s or MJP system and is responsible internal payroll specialist, who will be responsible for delivery the client’s payroll
Be the primary ongoing contact point for the client
Keep copies of all client materials on Sharepoint to be accessed by payroll team if needed
Analyze on a monthly basis the payroll regulation changes and provide updates every month to the Legislation team
Contacts clients daily to obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deductions and to set schedules.
Accurately keys all payroll related data necessary to process and meet appointment schedules.
Maintains a high rate of client retention through quality service
Keeps abreast of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws, and corresponds with local tax agencies on behalf of our clients in problem situations.
Maintains client files.
Researches and resolves client/system problems.
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients and partners to promote a quality service image.
Requirements:
Payroll qualification
At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in one of the above countries' payroll
International payroll experience is an advantage
Good command of English (written and spoken — at least intermediate level) is a must!
Czech, Polish or Slovak language is a big advantage - NATIVE SPEAKERS ARE WELCOME, HUNGARIAN IS NOT NECESSARY!

Team player but able to work independently if necessary
Experienced PC user (MS Office, especially Excel)
