If you are interested in renting a fully furnished apartment in downtown (VI district - Jokai utca 4- opposite Liszt Ferenc square), please let me know. Very good public tranportation. The flat is on the 3rd floor (there is lift). It is 80m² - one big American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fully furnished: dining table with chairs, dishes etc), 1 big living room (TV, sofas, cupboards, book cases, table, 4 chairs, coffee table), 1 reasonably big bed-room (double bed, TV, cupboards, chest of drawers), 1 small bedroom (not furnished - can be study as well) 1 bathroom (bath and toilet) and 1separate toilet. The rent is only 90.000FT/month (this price includes TV, electricity, gas (apart from the heating season), common expenses and water bill) but the tenant must move out from 15 February till 20 March 2009. In this case the person who moves in the flat between 15 February and 20 March will pay subsidy each month towards the rent while he is not using it but insists on the tenant 's moving out on 15 Febraury 2009.
