BUDAPEST, Aug 14 (Reuters) - India's Apollo Tyres has cancelled plans to invest 200 million euros ($298.2 million) in a new plant in the eastern Hungarian town of Gyongyos due to administrative hurdles, Hungarian news agency MTI reported on Thursday.
