BUDAPEST. OCTOBER 1. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Holcim Hungaria Zrt, the Hungarian unit of Swiss cement maker Holcim, has received a construction permit for its planned EUR 300-mln new cement factory in northern Hungary's Nyergesujfalu, the company announced in a statement.
