Hungary Has First Trade Deficit in Six Months as Exports Slow (Bloomberg)

Oct. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Hungary had its first trade deficit in six months in July as the economic slowdown in western Europe curbed exports. The deficit was 365.1 million euros ($506 million), compared with a surplus of 89.7 million euros in June and a deficit of 115.4 million euros in July last year, the Budapest-based statistics office said today.
