Hungary PM: To Cut Budget Gap Targets, Scrap Tax Cuts - MTI (Nasdaq)

BUDAPEST -(Dow Jones)- Hungary's minority government is proposing to lower the country's budget deficit target for 2008 and 2009, Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany said Friday, adding the government will cancel its planned tax cuts for 2009 in light of the global financial crisis.
